NEW reserch recommends: ‘Feed babies peanuts, eggs and cow’s milk before a year old to protect against allergies’

Feeding babies cow’s milk , eggs and peanuts before they are a year old can protect them against developing allergies , according to new research. A study of more than 2,100 infants found those denied cow’s milk were almost four times more likely to become sensitive to it by the time they were one. Similarly, the risk of egg or peanut allergy nearly doubled compared to those who had them included in their diet.
