Hi—-I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 31 years ago. The food offering at that time was brutal—-such wonderful gluten free choices over the last few years. It’s always nice to get on a new site.

Hi, and thank you for adding me to the group. I’m from Israel. I’ve gone gluten free six and a half years ago, which improved my health tremendously. I’ve never been diagnosed but whenever I accidentally get glutened I’m reminded of the fact that I don’t need an actual diagnosis.
